Then help us start Maastricht Student Esports Association Peritan! This is our first year creating this space for those interested in the rapidly growing esports and gaming communities, and we need YOUR help to make this place great.

• a chance to play in a range of national Dutch University level video game tournaments 
  • they have prizes
• a cool place to meet like-minded people
• regular events organized by the board, including online game nights, lan parties, bbqs, board game nights, DnD, parties, tournaments, and training sessions (irl and offline)
• opportunities to help run Peritan, and help organize in-person events, streaming events, tournaments, coaching sessions and more

This membership is important to our association’s continuation, as MUSST and UM Sports assist all sports associations with organizing practice spaces, support for events, organization of events, official notarization of our association, and general guidance.

This Monday, the 30th of August, starting at 19:00, Peritan will be hosting another game night on Discord. The last game night was a success, so we hope to continue planning them regularly. Everyone is invited to play an assortment of games together, including Jackbox, Scribbl.io, Among Us, Counter Strike Global Offensive, League of Legends, and Minecraft! All games are welcome. On behalf of the board, we hope to see you there!

Tomorrow the 23rd we will have our first game night online on discord starting at 19:30 (https://discord.com/invite/pnVjDqhPmv). Everyone is invited to join to play various games such as jackbox, among us, league of legends and more. If you have friends that are interested they are more than welcome to join. Hey everyone! Yesterday at the sports market of Inkom, we as MSEA Peritan had our first public and in-person event! It was super exciting to be part of the biggest celebration of students sports associations in Maastricht. A huge shoutout to everyone stopping by! Time flew with so many of you joining for a chat or a race in Mario Kart. We hope you had just as much fun as we had getting to know all of you!

The action does not end with the sport-event, however. We have a bunch of activities coming up in the next few days and weeks, so make sure to join us! Tonight at 18:00, we are meeting up in the Stadtspark for a few drinks (you are very welcome to bring your favorite drink and a blanket if you’ve got one) and an online game night will take place on Monday 23rd.
